Really great for spotting AC dye leaks under the hood. The 16W output pushes the UV light deep into the engine bay where it's hard to reach. I docked a star just because it's almost 6 inches long, so it sticks out of my shirt pocket a bit when I'm working. But the performance is rock solid.

This flashlight is undeniably powerful, but it's actually too focused for what I need. I bought it to cure UV resin jewelry, but the beam has such an intense hot spot in the middle that it cures the center too fast while leaving the edges tacky. It’s built like a tank, but if you need a wide, even wash of light for close-up work, this might be too concentrated.
I travel a lot and use this to check hotel rooms. The range and brightness are on a completely different level compared to those cheap 395nm lights. It shoots a tight pillar of UV light that highlights every stain across the room. Plus, having the emergency glass breaker makes me feel safer keeping it in my car between trips.

The throw on this UV light is absolutely insane. I use it for hunting Yooperlites on the beach. Most UV lights only work if you are a few feet away, but the concentrated beam on this thing easily lights up glowing rocks from way down the shoreline. The black filter blocks out the visible light perfectly.

The beam throw is ridiculous—super bright and very concentrated. The aluminum body is tough as nails. The only downside is that the steel ball strike bezel is pretty aggressive; it scratched up my truck console when I tossed it in there. It's a great feature for an emergency window breaker, just be careful where you set it down.

If you need to see hogs at extreme distances, just get this. You don't have to worry about fiddling with a zoom; the smooth reflector naturally focuses the green light into a massive pillar that easily hits 350 meters. The included battery holds a charge for a long time on low mode, too.

I actually use this for night photography and stargazing tours. The 10W green beam is so tightly focused by the reflector that it literally looks like a laser pointer reaching up to the stars. It perfectly points out constellations and doesn't ruin your night vision like white light does. The Type-C charging is super convenient too.
The light itself is great and the focused beam is intensely bright for reaching out across a field. But I'm giving it 3 stars because the included super clamp didn't fit my specific thick barrel setup very well. I ended up just keeping it in my pocket as a handheld light. Works fine, but the mount wasn't for me.
