Genuine Product Warranty

At UltraFire, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our warranty policy covers the following:

Warranty Periods:

Flashlights: Purchases made through our official website since October 1, 2024, are eligible for a 3-Year Warranty.
Flagship Store Purchases: Products purchased from our AliExpress and Amazon flagship stores are covered by a 3-Year Warranty.
Batteries, Accessories, and Chargers: These items also have a 1-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.

Exclusions:

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our official website, AliExpress, or Amazon flagship stores.
Products bought from other sources do not qualify for warranty coverage.

Coverage:

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, battery leakage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or factors beyond UltraFire's control.
