Delivery Time & Methods:

Orders usually will be delivered within 2 business days.
The tracking number will be updated on the order account and sent to you by email within 3 days.

PAYMENT METHOD

1. Using PayPal, which is preferred.

2. Pay by Credit card payment (Accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club)

3. You can send an email to service@ultrafire.com with the products you want to order, along with your shipping address and phone number. We will then create an invoice and send you an electronic invoice for payment. Once that is paid, we will ship the products.

FRAUD PREVENTION MEASURES

To reduce the increasing fraud attempts on internet sales, we reserve the right to request that you pay for your order using an electronic invoice we issue. We take each order on a case-by-case basis. We do encourage customers to pay using PayPal since it screens the credit card for us AND it provides the customer with seller fraud protection. We continue to accept all credit cards. In some instances, we will refund your credit card payment and send you an electronic invoice. Please understand it is a measure to reduce our losses due to fraudulent orders.

PLEASE NOTE

1. What if I enter or provide the wrong address when placing an order?

The shipping information is automatically generated based on the "Shipping Address" entered when placing the order. If the package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be charged shipping costs to reship the package.

If you need to change your order, please call our office immediately or send an email to service@ultrafire.com or consult online at the official website.

Therefore, if changes need to be made, they must be made quickly. Otherwise, your order will be shipped normally within 24 hours.

2. Many international countries require the customer to pay customs fees/duties/taxes to accept the package. Please check in your country to determine how much you will pay to receive your package. If you refuse the package once it arrives in your country, when we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will refund your money LESS THE SHIPPING WE INITIALLY PAID.

A: All orders are from our local warehouse. We normally ship orders within 24 hours. Tracking information is provided & will be emailed once dispatched. Important facts to know about tracking numbers:

2. If you don't get the tracking number email when expected, please check your spam folder.

Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive?

A: Every country's postal system is different. Some countries shipping time is as much as 30 days. The average shipping time to all countries is 8-15 days.

Q: What if my package doesn’t arrive?
