1. General

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately to address the issue and resolve it accordingly.

3. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the processing.
