It works, but it won't indicate battery FULL while it's plugged into wall power

The Ultrafire DX4 charger's LED light stays RED while charging (but it never turns GREEN while charging), but when you unplug the charger from the wall outlet, the LED light will glow GREEN if the battery inserted into the charger is fully charged.
