Batteries not included! I bought a $20 flashlight with 4 rechargeable batteries and charger to accompany this black light. This light has adjustable beam and super bright. Great for shining through grille to search for a/c condenser leaks with dye in system.

Bought this for tying flies to cure the UV epoxy. Works very well for this application. Did some research on the LED wavelength requirements of the UV resins and found that this is right in the acceptable window. Its got a heavy duty metal body that feels like those tactical grade flashlights. It also has an adjustable focus, from narrow to wide angle, which is cool I guess if you are scanning a large area.

This worked great for detecting freon leaks in an automotive A/C system. It’s perfect for spotting those little things that regular lights just can’t pick up, like pet stains or hidden markings. It has great power with its UV 395-405 nm LED. The beam is strong and covers a good area, making it super handy for all kinds of tasks. Plus, it feels solid and well-made. I got this to detect scorpions inside my house. I also wanted a light that takes the readily available 18650 battery. This light is perfect for my needs.It works! See my picture. I will keep using it. (I capture them and release them outside. Just don't want them in my home)
