We attempted multiple times to reach out to the company via email. There is no phone number to contact them. We finally received an email response in the most rudest manner. What they also fail to put on their site is the “cost” they place on the customer for the return item. Will never do business them again.

Here is the email we received: thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry, but the issue was caused by yourself. The transportation cost, and custom duties incurred by the return of good shall be borne by you. you can first inquire about the total cost of shipping to Shenzhen, China as well the tariffs for entering China if you can bear these cost and proceed to the next steps.
