At UltraFire, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our warranty policy covers the following:

Warranty Periods:

Flashlights: Purchases made through our official website since October 1, 2024, are eligible for a 3-Year Limited Warranty.

Flagship Store Purchases: Products purchased from our official AliExpress and Amazon flagship stores are covered by a 3-Year Limited Warranty.

Batteries, Accessories, and Chargers: These items are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

Exclusions:

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our official website, AliExpress, or Amazon flagship stores.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party sources are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Coverage:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, battery leakage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, accidents, neglect, or other factors beyond UltraFire’s control.

Shipping Responsibility

For approved warranty claims, customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product. UltraFire will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.
