Flashlight is okay. Customer service email lacking tact

I think the flashlight is fine. I had way too high of expectations that this thing was actually going to go out a couple hundred yards. I'm going to have to buy some night vision optics for varmint safety on my farm. I didn't like the email exchange I had with Lucy. I've never I believe hundreds of reviews a year. Maybe one or two is negative. You have to really do something to rub me the wrong way and she definitely did with her email.
