Refund Policy

1. General

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For returns not caused by product defects or quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

 

3. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at service@ultrafire.com.

 

5. Battery Size Compatibility (Important Notice)

Please make sure to confirm the correct battery size and specifications before placing your order.

Due to the nature of battery products, returns or refunds will not be accepted for issues related to incorrect size selection.
