RETURNS POLICY


Returns Information

Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it).   

As part of our sustainability efforts, we are removing the tags from all new products so don't be alarmed if you receive an item with no tags on.

How do I return my items?

Ultrafire extended returns policy to 30 DAYS

You have up to 30 days to start your return from the moment your Ultrafire order is delivered. Check out the information below to ensure you know just how to return your items, it’s easy – we promise!

Go to our RETURNS PAGE and select your region

Click 'RETURNS PORTAL' to be sent our returns partner in your area

Enter your order number and shipping postal (zip) code OR email address. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.

Select which item(s) you are returning and why.

Confirm your original delivery information (If needed).

Select the method you’ll be returning your order by (You will also see your nearest drop-off point).

Items registered separately or from different orders cannot be returned within the same package, as combining orders/registered returns will slow down the refund process!

Please keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly, in case you need this at a later date.

Please don't return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving your issue.


How can I return something if I bought it at your events?

First of all, we hope you enjoyed the event!

Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a hassle. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. Don’t panic, we'll try make it as seamless as possible.

JUST SO YOU'RE AWARE, ANYTHING PURCHASED AT ULTRAFIRE EVENT CAN ONLY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT, WE DO NOT CUR RENTLY OFFER EXCHANGES.

Simply get in touch with the guys from Customer Support and send them the following details:

Delivery address:

Once we've received the return at the warehouse, we'll send you your store credit for the full value of the item.

REFUND POLICY


I still haven't received my refund?

You're still waiting on your refund, right? We know this can be annoying!

Depending on the country you're from & the returns courier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to our warehouse can vary, so please bear this in mind before contacting our team.

*Please note that once your items have been RECEIVED BY THE WAREHOUSE, it can take up to 7 days for your order to be processed and your refund to be actioned.

It can then take 5 days for your refund to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.


If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

But if you need to get in touch with Customer Support about your return, please include in your message:

1.Proof of postage (like a receipt)

2.The tracking number

3.Your order number

We'll then get back to you as soon as we can

When will I get my refund?

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

I received a damaged product, what is your refund policy?


All Ultrafire products are guaranteed for one year against manufacturing and workmanship defects. If you have a problem with your product, please email XXXX邮箱and we'll repair or exchange it for the same or similar product.

We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:

Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us.

Can l exchange my item?

Unfortunately, we're currently unable to offer exchanges, but this is something we're working hard to make possible! We do have a pretty quick turnaround with refunding items, so you won't be waiting long for your refund! For more information, please check out our RETURNS PAGE.


SHIPPING INFORMATION


Free Shipping

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, We serve thousands of customers worldwide, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Shipping Times

--Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging.

--All orders if keep in stock will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. (working day only, and we don't work on weekends or on public holidays).

If not in stock, it only needs 2-3 working days to produce, and then ship to the fulfillment center.


Orders cannot be amended once it is placed. If the order is not shipped, we will cancel the order, if shipped, customers have to wait for delivery, return the wrong items and get a refund once they are returned to us.

Shipping Methods for orders in US

It takes 7-10 business days to receive via standard shipping method.

Please Note: Your order may have been split into multiple parcels, which means that your parcels may arrive at different times.
