Picked up a couple of these pouches for my 7.62x39 AK PMAGs. The top elastic band is a little short for 30-round mags, so I swapped it out with some paracord. Even without the top strap, the mags fit snug once you cinch down the elastic cord on the back/bottom. I flipped them upside down and shook them—nothing fell out. They’re roomy enough to fit AK mags, and they also hold AR-15 and FAL mags with no issues. I’ll definitely be ordering more!

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Just a heads-up—if you’re running mags longer than 20 rounds, the elastic straps will be stretched to their limit. They still work, but I wish the straps were a little longer. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and plan on picking up a few more.

These double mag pouches surprised me—in a good way. They fit all three types of my mags (pre-ban 30-round GIs, pre-ban 20-round M14/M1A, and 7.62 PMAG 10-rounders, though those are a bit snug). Now my carrier can handle a variety of loadouts, and the retention is solid.
