DOA and not resolving issue

The item arrived and is faulty. Sent emails to [****] and [****] and DM'd Instagram Ultrafire page. Instagram did respond asking for order dets etc which I have provided. Gone radio silent, clearly no interest in resolving issues, seems impossible to get warranty repair / replacement.
