I put two of these on my Warrior Poet Society belt, and I love them. The walls of the pouches are rigid, making re-indexing mags a dream—so satisfying! Retention is solid, and the bungies are a great bonus if you want to really lock them down. Stitching is excellent, and the materials are extremely tough. I thought I might tear them trying to thread the MOLLE through the super stiff webbing on my belt, but they held up perfectly. Great product!

Let's face it, gearing up can get expensive, and it's hard to find good quality gear at a fair price. This kangaroo-style mag pouch is a great value. The retention bungee is tight at first, but there’s some wiggle room to adjust, and it will loosen up a bit as you break it in by loading mags. I gave it 4 stars mainly because the bungee is threaded through the back, which makes threading the MOLLE into your carrier a bit snug—but that’s just a minor issue. I hadn’t used UltraFire gear before, but I’ll definitely keep an eye on their products in the future. Overall, I’d recommend this pouch to anyone looking for quality gear at this price point.
