What's the shipping rate and delivery time?

We offer FREE shipping to most countries and also offer Express Shipping (3-7 business days) starting from $19.9 for emergency orders.

My order has shipped, but I need to change my address - what can I do?

Regrettably, adjustments to orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?

Overseas warehouse:

After we verify your payment, we will process and dispatch your order within three business days.


Ship from Manufacturer:

After we verify your payment, we will process and send your order within two business days, or 5-7 business days for large quantities.

My order has shipped, but I need to change my address - what can I do?

Regrettably, adjustments to orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed.

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. In this scenario, we recommend contacting your carrier to ascertain the status of your delivery; they may have left it with a neighbor or somewhere else.


If you are unable to reach the carrier's customer care, please contact us via email. If you have not received the item within 30 days, we shall consider it a lost package.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Certain products are shipped separately, and a second (and occasionally additional) tracking number cannot be displayed on the order page. In this instance, please wait 2-3 days and notify us through email if the package has not arrived.

Can I expedite shipping?

If you require it by a certain date, please indicate so during the checkout process. We will make every effort to make it happen for you.


If the date is too near to ensure delivery by that date, we will tell you and give you the option of canceling the order.


Please keep in mind that this cannot be done after the order is placed or shipped.
