Customers can return the purchased products within 30 days after receiving the product Please be noted that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All UltraFire flashlights include a one-year manufacturer's guarantee; however, the following items are excluded from the warranty:
1. If the product is not covered by our guarantee due to normal wear and tear, please inform us prior to returning the product to avoid extra problems.
2. Additionally, this guarantee excludes any modification, misuse, disassembly, negligence, accident, or improper maintenance or repair performed by an authorized reseller or by anyone other than UltraFire.
3. Inability to adhere to product instructions
If there is a problem with the product within one year of product, please return it to UltraFire and we will assist you in repairing it; as long as the lamp fails to function due to a manufacturer fault, it will be fixed or replaced; please avoid include evident user wear or excessive damage.
It may take up to 3-4 weeks for the warranty process to complete.
